A clearer understanding
of the care on offer.
The clinic’s challenge was not simply attracting more patients. It was reaching people whose expectations aligned with the specialist care offered, and helping them understand the value behind its pricing.
I framed this as a question of audience fit and perceived value. Dr. Ibrahim’s chiropractic expertise was not coming through clearly enough in the clinic’s presence and communication. People were confusing chiropractic care with physiotherapy, while the existing branding did little to explain the distinction or establish a consistent identity.
The opportunity was to make the doctor’s professional background, approach and services easier to understand before someone booked an appointment.
Start with the message.
I worked to pinpoint the audience the clinic wanted to reach and the information that audience needed to make an informed decision. Awareness and education emerged as central priorities: what chiropractic care is, how it differs from physiotherapy, and what to expect from a consultation.
I did not begin with a detailed social media audit. The initial issue was already apparent in the clinic’s presence and communication. Defining the positioning first would give every later channel a clearer purpose.
Expertise, expressed consistently.
The direction centred on three priorities: explain the care clearly, communicate the doctor’s qualifications accurately, and create a visual presence that supports confidence in the clinic.
That meant moving beyond generic back-and-neck imagery towards a recognisable identity, supported by approachable language and educational content. The aim was to help prospective patients understand the service and its value, while keeping the doctor’s expertise at the centre of the story.
Social media would follow that foundation, carrying the same identity and explanations as the clinic’s physical materials.
The original clinic presence.
The existing logo, promotional imagery and signage show the starting point for the positioning work.
A more coherent identity.
The proposed “The Spine Clinic” concepts explore a calmer palette, a distinctive symbol and consistent applications across signage, clothing and digital communication.
A foundation for clearer communication.
The documented work defines the intended audience and a positioning direction centred on explaining chiropractic care, the doctor’s qualifications and the service’s value. The proposed “The Spine Clinic” concepts illustrate how that direction could appear across signage, clothing and digital communication. They remain concept mockups; implementation and performance outcomes are still to be documented.
