Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship
A national partner in the digital transformation initiative. I coordinated launch communications with the ministry and worked with its PR team on the event.
I coordinated PR and communications for the Ajyal launch in Jordan, across government partner alignment, ITG’s announcement, an executive television interview and school-visit follow-up.

Public–private education partnership · Jordan

Ajyal is Jordan’s national platform for educational information management and e-learning. It connects learning activities with school administration and educational data, supporting students, teachers, administrators and parents in a shared digital environment.
It is built on EduWave®, ITG’s education technology platform. EduWave® provides the foundation for digital learning, assessment and education management; Ajyal applies that technology to Jordan’s national education context.

The launch brought together government education and digital transformation priorities with ITG’s technology. Communicating that partnership required alignment across institutions.
A national partner in the digital transformation initiative. I coordinated launch communications with the ministry and worked with its PR team on the event.
The education-sector partner connecting the platform with Jordan’s public-school system. Its PR team was a key collaborator in the launch event and shared announcement.
The centre supervising the platform’s development within the national partnership, bringing the education technology context into the initiative.
The technology partner behind Ajyal, built on EduWave®. My role was to help explain that contribution within the wider national story.
Partnership and platform context: ITG’s published account. The work described below reflects my role in the communications programme.
A national launch needs a shared message. It also needs a clear explanation of each partner’s contribution and a plan for what happens after the announcement.
I coordinated with the different government bodies around a shared press release, bringing the partners into one announcement and aligning the launch message across institutions.
I managed the launch event in collaboration with the PR teams at MoDEE and MoE. The work connected ITG’s participation with the government-led announcement and the media-facing launch.
Alongside the joint release, I managed a dedicated ITG press release explaining the company’s role and the EduWave® technology behind Ajyal. This gave ITG its own voice while keeping the wider partnership central.
After the launch, I secured an interview opportunity for ITG’s Chief Business Development Officer, Zaid Tahabsem, on Al Mamlaka TV, extending the conversation beyond the written announcement.
We then arranged school visits with the team, taking the communications beyond the launch venue and into the educational settings the platform was built to support.
I managed social media communications around the launch and follow-up activity, helping keep Ajyal’s purpose and ITG’s contribution visible after the initial announcement.
The launch generated a public record across corporate announcements and news coverage. The Alrai clipping captures the platform’s place in Jordan’s digital education conversation.
ITG’s launch announcement lists me as the media contact. The links provide published project context; my coordination responsibilities are described in this case study.
My contribution brought together the shared announcement, ITG’s own positioning, event coordination, broadcast visibility and follow-up communications. The work shows how PR can connect stakeholders around one story while giving that story a life beyond launch day.
